What’s the best way to get spare parts for Tunturi & Bremshey products?

Either find long part number from your Tunturi or Bremshey owner’s manual (e.g. 373.1234.20). Send us a request via our contact form. Please give as much information as possible. We can also send you a diagram for spare part identification.

I have lost my Owner’s manual. Can you supply a replacement?

We have an extensive library of Tunturi & Bremshey Owner’s Manuals. Let us know what you require and we can e-mail a copy to you. We do not charge for this service!

My product doesn’t seem to be working as it should. What can I do?

First of all contact us for some advice. Please supply as much information as you can, including the Brand, Model, Serial number and details of the problem you have. We will then respond with some advice or recommend a spare part purchase or a repair.

My treadmill running mat slips and stalls how can I cure this?

The running mat may require adjustment to remove the slack or the running mat may require lubrication. We recommend ‘Tunturi T-Lube’ specialised treadmill lubricant which can be purchased from ourselves. (Not to be used on pre-waxed decks).
